DEVIKULAM

The town of Devikulam is situated 1800 meters above sea level and lays around 9 kms from Munnar. It offers a pleasant perspective of Pallivasal waterfalls surrounded by the Sita Devi Lake. Legend has it that Goddess Sita showered in the pool of Devikulam and henceforth the place was named after her.
